I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. Luckily there was an awesome manager there named Suri. She turned a frustrated potential customer into a happy potential customer! Great job Suri, and thanks again!

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.

Syed is a specialists with Tinnitus and hearing and has been a life saver for me. Everything he said to do and what the hearing aids would do, has been so true. Since I left the clinic yesterday I do not want to take the hearing aids off and the blue tooth is amazing. I forget that I am wearing hearing aids cause I am so busy hearing everything else. I can hear again and my mind is off the tinnitus. Thank God I found the best clinic in BC.
